Why do so many patients turn to Lakeview dentist Dr. Lee for cosmetic dentistry?

Diverse Dental Options That Fit Individual Needs

Our dental team offers a wide number of cosmetic treatments—from teeth whitening, to Invisalign, to LUMINEERS. No matter what your aesthetic concern, we will find a dental treatment that works for your specific smile.

Convenience and Comfort

Our number one goal is to make cosmetic treatment as simple and seamless for you as possible. We offer a number of sedation options—including nitrous oxide—so that you can stay comfortable in the dentist’s chair. You’ll also enjoy our extended hours, which make it easy to get the treatment you need without disrupting your life. Your well being is our priority!

Financing Flexibility

At Lakeview Smiles we accept a number of different insurance plans, and we offer financing options. Two popular and user-friendly payment options are CareCredit and Springstone financing. Our dental team is happy to discuss payment plans in greater detail when you come in for your complimentary cosmetic consultation.

Cosmetic Bonding

Our dental team uses dental bonding to correct dental cracks and chips, discolored dental enamel, and minor spacing irregularities. During the dental bonding process our dentist applies a tooth-colored dental resin to the damaged tooth (or teeth). We then cure this resin so that it bonds with the enamel and becomes hard and durable. This process generally takes only one dental appointment to complete.

Dentures

If you are missing multiple teeth, dentures can help you reclaim a healthy, whole smile!

Full and partial dentures are replacement teeth that sit on top of the patient’s gum tissue. Each denture has a base, which is made of dental resin and designed to look like natural gum tissue; the replacement teeth of the denture are grounded in this base. Dentures will stay in place, because the denture base is custom-fit to suction on to the patient’s gum tissue and jawbone ridge.

Depending on your needs you may benefit from full dentures, partial dentures, or implant-supported overdentures (which are held in place with strategically placed dental implants).

Enamel Colored Fillings

When you have a cavity removed from your tooth, our dentist will then repair the resultant hole with a filling. It used to be that fillings were made of a mixture of metals—these are called amalgam fillings. Amalgam fillings appeared dark and metallic on the tooth surface, and were prone to shrinking over time.

That is why our dental team offers natural looking, white fillings. Composite resin and porcelain fillings are durable and blend seamlessly with a patient’s natural dental enamel. Composite fillings also require very little healthy enamel destruction during the placement process—this allows us to preserve as much of your healthy tooth as possible!

Enamel Contouring

Commonly referred to as “tooth reshaping,” enamel contouring allows our dental team to eliminate small imperfections on a patient’s teeth, by buffing away small bits of dental enamel. This simple cosmetic dentistry procedure can correct irregularly shaped teeth, small chips and cracks, and overlapping teeth.

Gum Tissue Reshaping

Using quick and comfortable laser dentistry, our dental team can even out or shorten your gum line. This treatment is used to give the patient’s smile a more even, balanced appearance.

Teeth Whitening

When you are ready to whiten and lighten your smile, professional teeth whitening treatments can help you achieve luminously bright enamel.

During in-office, professional whitening treatments our dentist applies a highly concentrated whitening gel to a patient’s teeth for a predetermined period of time. As you sit in the dentist’s chair, this gel goes to work lifting existing stains from your smile. These treatments can lighten a patient’s smile by several shades in only one to three sessions.

In-office dental whitening is one of the fastest, most affordable, and least invasive treatment options available to patients today.

Inlays and Onlays

When a tooth is too damaged to be restored with a filling, but too intact to require a full dental crown, our dentist may use an “indirect filling” instead: these are called inlays or onlays.

An inlay is placed within the bounds of the existing dental cusps. An onlay, on the other hand, covers one or more of the tooth’s dental cusps. The inlay/only placement process is very similar to receiving a full crown, except that our dental team is able to preserve more of your natural dental structure.
